In 1975, Mr & Mrs. Derek Betchell of Leeds decided to establish Templeway Properties and become full time landlords in the Headingley area. Today they run a thriving business with a property portfolio of 72 houses. Templeway Properties specializes in professional and student accommodation both in terraced and semi detached houses. Derek is involved with a team of trades people committed to the refurbishment of new acquisitions and the upgrading of standards in his properties, whilst his wife operates the tenancy lets from the company shop. Like most landlords Derek had been plagued over the years with problems caused by leaking shower enclosures, mostly due to silicone deterioration or porous joints in the tiles and grout. Five years ago Derek used his first silicone free Kinedo Consort cubicle and soon realised that they were to be the solution to this ongoing problem. Since then, Derek has looked to improve the comfort zone for his tenants and at the same time add a touch of quality to his shower en-suites and bathrooms and has stepped up in class within the Kinedo Range to now install the Opus 1000 x 800 and Horizon all glass range of corner entry and quadrant cubicles. The new style cubicles are connected to the existing house combi boilers to give a highly efficient and powerful showering facility. All of which have met with high approval from his tenants.

Opus shower enclosures fit neatly into any corner and have removable frosted glass shower panels. Consort cubicles have inward opening saloon style styrene doors, ideal for multi installation applications. They can be fitted against one wall or into a corner and will accommodate an electric shower or mechanical shower valve. Maintenance of the cubicles is simplified with the Cristalplus easy clean glass coating and top outlet traps hair wastes. The perfect solution for conscientious landlords. Templeway is a member of the LLLAS and is Unipol & Leeds City Council code of standards registered.
