One bathroom no longer enough? Time to add an ensuite. A single bathroom just isn’t enough for many families in today’s households. No longer do larger families have to put up with arguments over the one bathroom. Ensuites are great investments that don’t necessarily need an extension although they may encroach on valuable living space. Designing an en-suite to add into a bedroom may result in less room but the rewards are far greater. ABOUT THE SANIFLO RANGE The Saniflo range of small-bore macerator pumps enables the addition of extra bathroom, facilities in an ensuite or almost anywhere. This includes those hard to plumb locations that would be impractical using conventional large bore gravity drained pipe work such as an en-suite built into a corner of an existing room. Units from the Saniflo range quietly pump waste and water vertically or horizontally through small bore pipework of only 22 millimetre or 32 millimetre diameter to existing drainage. Saniflo makes it easy, quick and economic to install facilities where you want them when creating an ensuite bath or shower room. Saniflo makes it possible to site facilities where they are needed instead of where gravity plumbing dictates. Saniflo have redesigned the principal units in the range to have a sleek modern appearance and where required greater pumping performance. Saniplus (Ref No 1003) enables you to add an en-suite shower room or bathroom with ease. With two extra waste water inlets, Saniplus will take the waste from a WC, a wash-basin and a shower/bath and pump through 22mm small-bore pipework, vertically up to 5 metres or horizontally up to 100 metres or a lesser combination of both. Waste from the WC is dealt with first when the WC is flushed. Waste water is drained by gravity from shower, bath, bidet or wash-basin to the Saniplus through inlets on either side of the unit. Ideal for a bathroom for the disabled or infirm or for aa ensuite shower room in a basement loft extension or loft conversion and you have the choice of both sanitaryware and location. Saniflo (Ref No 1001) allows you to install an extra WC almost anywhere in a in a basement loft extension or loft conversion. The Saniflo macerator-pump unit fits unobtrusively behind the WC. You may choose any make or colour of WC suite (BS EN 33 or 37 Horizontal Outlet) you want to suit your decorative scheme. When the WC is flushed the unit automatically activates to pump waste horizontally to a remote soil pipe up to 50 metres away. Saniflo will also discharge vertically up to 4 metres maximum, or a lesser combination of vertical and horizontal pipe run. With Sanipro (Ref No 1006) you can install an en-suite shower room. For example, a large bedroom in a basement loft extension or loft conversion can be improved with en-suite facilities. It is easy and economical to install and can be concealed behind a demountable panel to give access if required. As with all Saniflo products, the Sanipro is backed by the Saniflo Two Year Guarantee of Quality. Sanitop (Ref No 1002) Install a WC and wash basin - even below sewer level or where you need to pump waste up 4 metres or to 50 metres horizontally. Sanitop is ideal for cloakrooms because it takes waste from both a WC and a washbasin. Of course you can choose the colour and style of WC suite (BS EN 33 or 37 Horizontal Outlet) you would prefer to suit your scheme. Sanipack (Ref No 1052). For built-in bathroom furniture. Specially designed to enable the complete concealment of pipework with back-to-wall and wall-hung sanitaryware. Sanipack is designed for use in built-in bathroom units. Extra slim Sanipack will take waste from a WC, and waste water from a shower and wash basin, thus enabling a complete shower room installation. Sanislim (Ref No 1054) The slim solution. Specifically designed to accommodate slimline sanitary ware. Sanislim will take waste from a WC and waste water from a wash basin, shower or bidet, pumping it away to 4 metres vertically, 40 metres horizontally or a lesser combination of both. A clearance of 375mm is required from floor level to them underside of a close coupled suite to accommodate the discharge elbow. Sanicompact (Ref No 1081) A minimalist cisternless ceramic WC with a built in macerator pump. An automatic push-button 3.6 litre water saving flush is connected directly to the domestic water supply. Accepting waste from a WC and washbasin, space-saving Sanicompact is ideal for installing additional cloakroom facilities almost anywhere. N.B. Sanicompact requires a minimum of 1.7 Bar water supply pressure. Sanishower (Ref No 1043) For a shower or washbasin. Especially useful where a shower or wash basin is to be sited in a place where gravity drainage will be difficult or impossible to run - for example in a basement ensuite or on an internal wall of a property. Sanishower can be installed next to or underneath a shower tray with access. Saniflo-range macerator pumps reduce waste to liquid form and discharge through small-bore pipework to soil stack or sewer. This means real economies in labour and structural work by eliminating conventional four inch gravity discharge pipework. Saniflo units activate automatically when the cistern is flushed. The units are quiet and economic in use and are simply connected to the domestic electrical supply, via an unswitched fused spur. The units are specifically designed for use in damp and steamy conditions and the powerful induction motors (no carbon brushes or gears to wear out) are sealed for life. Thermal overload cut-outs are fitted to help protect them from abuse. Only the highest quality, non-corroding materials and components are used. Moving parts are minimised for maximum reliability and durability. Products are tested and approved by the British Board of Agrement (Certificate No. 87/1889 and 95/3194). Saniflo units are fully guaranteed for two years and backed by a nationwide service network. |
