Sanivite makes the addition of a domestic kitchen or utility room easy even when below or distant from a drain.

Sanivite can also be used to drain a bath or shower (see Technote below)

Pumping waste water away through 32mm pipework, Sanivite offers vertical pumping capacity to 5m, horizontal discharge to 50m or a lesser combination of both. Sanivite has also been remodelled to give sound reduction.

Top Sanivite FAQs

do you have to dig up the floor ? »
As the function of the units is to pump waste and water away, it should not usually be necessary to dig up the floor to lay the discharge pipework. It is possible to run the pipework from low level to a higher level e.g. from a basement to ground floor level, or from 1st floor up into a roofspace and then join to a soil stack
Are they very noisy? »
Most of the domestic range units operate at approx 55 decibels and for the flush of a toilet the motor will run for no more than 10 -20 seconds.
How should I run the inlet pipework? »
The inlets accept waste water by gravity. They do not suck in water. All pipework into the units must have a positive gravity fall (1 in 33).
